That would be Stephen J Hill born around 1832 he lived in Obion co Tennessee and Lake co Tennessee his father was Richard Joel Hill born around 1803 he lived in Williamson co Tn, Obion co Tn, and died in Lake co Tn afound 1872. His father was John D Hill born 1770 died 1818 Williamson Tn.
