Hi! I am researching the Hiles group that seemed to have migrated from Pa to Ohio to Illinois (Jasper County). I am particularly looking for John Hiles whose son is Jacob Franklin Hiles and possible a daughter Rebecca both born in Seneca County, OH. We do not know who their mother was accept that it is listed as "Whitehurst". John migrated to Ill. 2 years after Jacob Franklin (and Rebecca)were born.
He remarried Adeline Wilkerson, 16 years later and had one child Ellen Hiles. Can anyone help us????
