The Hilburn Y-DNA Project started 8 years ago & has 6 male Hilburn participants. Since Y-DNA is only passed from father to son, more male Hilburns are needed in the project to try and connect our Hilburn lines all over the country. So . . . if your brick wall ancestor’s paper trail has dried up, please ask (beg, plead with, whatever) one of your Hilburn (Hilbun, Hilborn, Hilbourn, Hillburn, etc.) male relatives to consider DNA testing.
