Hi everyone,

I am looking to see if anyone can offer any information or help with my great grandfather. His name was Richard Higbee and I am showing he was born in IL roughly about 1906. It appears his middle initial is a L. (This is the only info I have from my grandmothers birth certificate). At any rate, rumor in the family is that he was sent to prison and died there shortly after my grandmother was born in 1928. I can't find any records on this man so if anyone has any suggestions or a missing relative link for a Richard, I would greatly appreciate any thoughts. Thanks.
