I am tracing back up the Thorn line and can't find info about "Elizabeth". She was born about 1733 and died in 1805 (gravestone entry). She had been married to a Hicks first when she married Dr. Stephen Thorn in 1762. Based on some family data collection, I did not see a listing of any children from the first marriage. Does anyone know which Hicks Elizabeth was married to? I am trying to find her maiden name, etc. Dr. James Thorn (son of Elizabeth and Stephen) was mentioned as "a good friend" in James Hicks (of Fishkill) 1803 will. Perhaps she was married to one of James' two brothers who died either side of 1760?

I have looked through much Hicks info and not found any leads.
