hello, I'm looking for James R. Hicks, graduated 1960 from Owensboro, Ky high school and completed a clerical course, U.S. Army in Fort Knox Ky.in 1964. I'm interested in finding out about his parents, Paul H. Hicks, who may be my cousins.... I don't know who the Mrs. Paul Hicks could be. If this is the right family, James parents married in Washington state, in 1942, could his mother be Roxine Hicks born 1914?
