Hi
I am having some issues with the Hickman's at the moment. Firstly the parents of Patrick Hickman and Catherine Gleeson may or may not be the parents of my Hickman (as there is a clash with another Hickman family with same names, slightly different dates who moved to the USA in the 1850's and almost certainly come from the names mentioned.... and while we are probably linked I can't go any further back that my Michael Hickman born about 1834 Co Clare with any certainty. It is incredibly frustrating!

So I am sort of at a dead end, unless the records from County Clare become available online like most other counties!!! Hickman is not common and they are probably related SOMEHOW! but the question as to how is the the problem!!
