I'm researching the Hickey family of Portarlington, Queens (Laois) Ireland. James Hickey and his wife Louisa (Lucinda/Lucy) nee Kelly migrated to Charleston, New Zealand. James' death certificate says his parents were Peter and Mary Hickey and he was born in Portarlington. Louisa's death certificate says her parents were Edward and Lucy Kelly of Portarlington. Peter & Louisa were also married there about 1856. They had 5 children born in New Zealand William James, Thomas, Mary Ann, Edward and Lucy. Any help appreciated
