My father was born to John and Mary Hepting in 1927 in NYC,he had one sister - Stella who married George Frank she died in 1973. his parents died while he was still a child, he was placed in an orphanage, remained there till his teen years then moved to the southwest. He knows that his father had seven brothers and that one was a jeweler. I know this is a long shot but if anyone has information. My father is now 75 years old I would love to present him information of family somewhere out there. Suprisingly there is no other Hepting family here in NM.
