I have just discovered the surname Henkin in my family tree. Anne Henkin was married to thomas Davies at Llandybie, Carmarthenshire on 29.3.1811. They were my grt grt grt grt grandparents. Anne was the daughter of William and Jane Henkin, born 6.2.1785. Would you be able to connect this information with what you know about the Henkins? Where does it originate? I'd love to know.
