I am looking for some information on an Arthur Hebert who married and Amiee,Emmee, or Eme Toups(b. Jan 8, 1855) on July 29, 1871 at St. Philomena Church, LA. I am trying to find out who his parents are. I believe that Guilluame 1821 and Marie Guillot 1823 married in Feb 1841, LA. I can not prove that this is his parents.
