Hi Keith,
Read your post re:Rhulmann, Rollman, Ruleman. Johann Jacob Rhulmann immigrated to PA in Aug. 28, 1733 with his wife and five children. Twins were born two years later and it is thought that Appolonia died in childbirth or shortly thereafter. Johann Jacob remarried to Maria Gottskind (No certainty on this). Johann had another son Christian Weiston Rhulmann who along with his father and mother moved to German Valley WV. Jacob's other children are Maria Catherina, possibly married to Jacob Zorn and also moved to WV, Maria Magdalena, Johann Peter, Johannes, Johann Jacob and Maria Appolonia. Johann Jacob and Maria Appolonia were twins who died and are buried in the Muddy Creek Cemetery in Lancaster, PA. I have little info on the children who stayed in PA. I went to Reading, Tuplehocken, York and Meyersville. In Meyersville I found a number of Rollmans and many Rollmans in buried there. I do not know what accounts for the change in the spelling, but of course that was not uncommon with the immigrants. Please keep in touch and let me know of anything specific that you are searching for and I will be glad to share.
