I'm sure you've seen this but I thought I'd pass it on just in case: 1837 census shows two adult Hillards under the name Benjamin Hillard I figure this must be Benjamin Upham Hilliard and Cynthia Hibbard Hilliard - as their first son, Amos, was born in Magalloway

1837 Census of Magalloway, Township 5R1 WBKP, Oxford Co., Maine

Magalloway, Oxford Co., Maine bounds: Lincoln Plt., Richardstown, Township C,
Upton and New Hampshire State Line. Magalloway Plantation was organized
under its present name in 1883.
