I have been researching Solomon Hattery also. Sarah Mowery/Mowrey married Solomon Hattery in Harrison County, Iowa 9-12-1894. This was her second marriage. She was about 50 years old when marrying. I have her in the 1910 census of Pottawattamie County, Iowa listed as a widow. In the 1920 census of same county she is known as Sadie Hattery. She was living with her son Caleb/Calop Mowery. I may have found her in the 1900 census of Burt County Ne. She was listed as widow there.

4-18-1869 married to Mary E. Baughman. Another listing shows a Solomon M. Hattery married to Flora E. McGee on 9-12-1895. Then there is the listing for Sarah Mowrey and Solomon. There are also listings for brides with the surname of Hattery.

Harrison County is adjacent to Monona County, Iowa.
