HASSETT. In Richville, [aka Pembroke, Genesee Co, NY] on the 7th [Aug 17,1867] inst, of
Dropsy on the heart, Mary, wife of Patrick
Hassett, aged 44 years 8 months. .
The decease of this estimable woman has
cast a gloom over her large circle of friends
and acquaintances, for the many kind and
Christian acts she has bestowed daring, her
years of health and activity. Always ready at
the call of the poor and needy, she was ever
willing to assist them in the hour of affliction,
until stricken herself with a lingering disease,
she yielded up her spirit to the God who gave
it, and died in the.happy hope of a glorious
hereafter.
