We don't know WHERE in Alabama he was born, but that is what we found on the later census records. He lived at first in North Central Arkansas, (Lawrence County) south of Walnut Ridge, and also east of Walnut Ridge. After his wife Nancy Amanda Johnson Harvey died around 1882, he eventually moved to around Van Buren, Arkansas. Some of the relatives still live around Van Buren.
