Go to WorldConnect at Rootsweb and type in Bernard (with an e) Hartzog. I think this may be the family you are looking for. I have copies of the marriage and birth registries from Germany of Bernard, his parents, some of his siblings, his marriage to Maria Saloma Meyer, etc. The German is in the old script, but I can read enough to know the gist of it. We are working on a fuller translation.
