I'm trying to figure out a tangle in the family tree. I'm having trouble finding the names of my GG-grandfather's parents. He is Walter V. Harrell of Dodge County Georgia. He is the grandson of Belisan (Bilisan, Belisha) Harrell. According to census records, Susan A Harrell(or Susanne) is his mother. She is shown as being widowed very early. Is this Susan A., Belison's daughter? Records indicate that her mother was born in Florida (and Belison was born there). If so, did a Harrell marry a Harrell, or was the birth illegitimate?

Any help you can come up with would be greatly appreciated!!
