What's your Y haplogroup?

Our line has run into a genetic snag and I'm hoping some of you have info to share that will help us sort things out. We really need to be able to compare Y-haplogroups to determine if we're looking at the right families. (Although traditionally our Harness family has been linked to the Harnish family, my father insisted the family bible said HarKness.)

I'll start...
R1a1a (ftDNA category pending)--3 different descendants of Thomas Harness and Talitha Brown of Scott/Anderson/Campbell Counties in TN. Thomas is likely son or grandson of John Harness and Mary Wilson (autosomal matches to Mary's family). John is traditionally said to descend from Martin Harnish through his son and grandson, both named Christian.

R-M269 or R1b1a2--descendant of John Harness 1798-1840, believed to be son of John Harness who married Elizabeth Lucas in Davidson County, TN. These two Johns have been mixed/combined in trees for years, but DNA is showing us there is a distinction.

Anyone else willing to share your haplogroup and line?
Vicki
