I have a newspaper obit about William H Harkins born in PA on September 11, 1843 and married Letitia Parsons in 1866. Anothe Obit states his widow was Legipa Parsons. He died at Jay County, IN. I have some other Harkins obits from that area also. I am not related directly to the Harkins. My great Uncle married a Harkins and they had two daughters. One died at age two and the other died with out children.
