Anyone have information about John L. Harding I found on the 1830 Census? Shows in the household was 1 Male Under 5, 1 Male 5-10, 1 Male 30-40--1 Female Under 5, 1 Female 5-10, 1 Female 10-15, 1 Female 30-40.
The male 5-10, female under 5, and female 30-40 fit the ages of my gggrandfather's family known to me. He was Samuel Doke/Doak, b. ca 1822 TN, Mother was Margaret R./B. b.ca 1790 TN and sister Melinda b. ca 1828 TN. By 1850 they were in Anderson County, Texas by census time. Have been trying for several years to find out name of S.D.'s father.
