The Thomas T Hardin I am looking for was in Issac Parkers court in Ft Smith April 29th, 1889 for murder that he was aquited from. My Great Grandfather Jacob Finney Myers was in court and was fined $10.00 for talking while they were delibrating on the Hardin case. Interesting my Grandfather was (George) Sidney Myers and his brother was (William) M Myers. My great Grandfather Jacob Finney Myers was in court the next day for another charge with a Donnie Hunter.
