Do you have a relative William F Hardin who was in Fort Smith Arkansas April 22, 1889 in Issac Parker's court on a murder charge? He was aqquited of the charge at a later date. My great grandfather was charged a contempt charge for talking with the jury on that trial $10.00 dollars. His name was Jacob Finney Myers who lived in IT Territory at that Time. My grandfather we believe was born in Cherokee Texas about November 1886. Wasn't John Wesley Hardin born in that area? His name was George Sidney Myers. They later lived in Earlsboro Oklahoma next to Shawnee and around 1900 went to Boise Idaho as Jacob was on the run from Oklahoma. It's said he knew the Younger gang, the James and who knows. I really am looking for all clues. Jacob was also in that same court with a Donnie Hunter on a larceny charge on April 23rd 1889. Jacob Finney Myers we believe was married to America L Myers we were told was full blooded Cherokee. When Jacob went to Boise Idaho he was with a Dora (?)
