Hello Peter,

I am searching the signature on the back of a 1800's family photograph: Frederikke Langpap. It was taken by a photograher in Haderslev, Denmark. There are 69 photographs in the family album taken in the USA and Denmark <1800-1920>, but only 3 have names. My great grandfather Andreas Jensen(Andrew Johnson) married Christine (Mary) Jensen in Minnesota. Her death certificate states she came to Minnesota in 1876. Andrew is said to have come over as a youth with his family, but nothing is known of them here. Andrew died at 33 leaving behind wife and 4 year old son. My mother is 89 yrs old and remembers meeting Mary only once just before she died. Nothing of was ever mentioned of the danish families in the US or Denmark other then Andrew was from Copenhagen. I have no idea how Frederikka fits in the family or if she came to the U S.
