Hoping to find other descendants of William S. HANNA , b. June 13, 1824, probably in MA, although some late in life sources say NYC, worked as a carpenter, died April 1, 1898 in a charitable home in the Bronx. He and his wife Susan (maiden name unknown) claimed to be widowed after about 1860, but in fact both were alive and living separately until at least 1893. Their son, William Elias HANNA, b. in Brooklyn in 1857, died after 1910, married to Emma WADE, was my great grandfather.
