After many years of seeking H A H Payne, I now find he is Henry Alfred Handley Payne, a solicitor who died in India at age 83 Feb 8th 1944. Birthdate ca 1860.
This gentleman was my fathers guardian, does anyone know anything at all about him, I feel he might be the link that puts me on the right road to tracing my dads ancestry.
