Do you go back beyond Aaron in the line? Or does Janice that you know of?
Recently found a record online that gave Jonathan Hammer and Sarah Bogart as his parents. But my information previously obtained has Jonathan's wife as Lydia Bayless, a name borne out by the Hamilton Co., Ind. census records of 1850, where Jonathan and Lydia, along with several of their children are residing in Washington Twnshp., as are Aaron and Edith.

Just wondering.
