I am researching James Hall (b.1757 in Wake or Johnston Co. NC). He married Edea/Edy Delk (b.1760 in Johnston Co. NC, d/o Jacob Delk Jr.). In 1820 they were living in Johnston Co. NC.

James Hall was a Rev. War vet and died in 1821, one year after being approved for his pension. His wife Edy took the children and moved to Coweta Co. GA to be with her Delk relatives. She died there around 1848.

James & Edy oldest sons were James and John.
James b. 1795
John b. 1799
Probably one of these is named for their father's father.
