I am interested in the Haire family of Southern Georgia - I believe they were in the Pine Hills area that started as Early county, became Decatur and is now Grady. The 1830 census has the names William, Edmund and Thomas Haire listed consecutively but, of course, doesn't list their relationships. Only Edmund has females under the age of five. My husband's ancestor is Elizabeth Haire who married Henry Madison Hatcher.

Edmund seems to have been born abt 1800, although his listing in 1820 also shows a male over 45 in the household.
