I will start with my 2nd G Grandmother Amelia Minnie Hain 1872-1962 and go back, starting with her parents: Levi David Hain 1835-1909 & Maribee Putnam, Jacob Hain 1790-1886 & Catherine Lowman, John or Jacob Hain 1755-1825 & Roseanna (have not found her maiden name anywhere yet!), Joshua Haines 1726-1794 (looking for when the spelling of last name changed) & Elizabeth Harris, Jacob Haines 1698-1742 & Mary Coles, William Haines 1672-1754 & Sarah Paine, Richard Haines 1636-1682 & Margaret Leeds, John Richard Haines 1614 -1639 & Elizabeth Stanford. And many more, all the way back to my 13 Great Grandfather Nicholas Haynes (is this the first correct spelling of the last name?) 1529-1585) & Ann Elcock 1519.
