This post is of interest to me although my information may not appear to be relevant. I pass it on for what it is worth. A cousin of mine, Elizabeth Campbell, married John HADDOW, a general practitioner, in Glasgow, in 1884. Their children's names were, Charles Hope Haddow, Archibald Campbell Haddow, John Haig Haddow, and James Haddow. I don't have much on the Haddows, except that John's father was named James Haddow, a builder, and his mother was named Jane Renwick. At his marriage, John may have had a brother, James, who was a witness. I am not sure where the Haddows came from.
