I am searching for information on the Joseph Hackney Family that moved from Monroe County, TN to Tallapoosa County, AL abt 1838. He and wife, Ellander, were listed in both 1840 and 1850 Federal Census for Tallapoosa County. There were 11 children. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
