Hi there,
We are looking for a Joseph Gyuricza (Gyurica) in Canada.. It is my husband's father we are looking for. He lived in Ontario and had two children in 1965 and 1967 (Angela and Scott).
He is originally from Hungary. Do you have any current info on the Joseph in Canada?
Thanks so much. Would mean the world to my husband.

Sorry I can't help. The Joseph I was looking for, the spelling was Gurica. Born 1889. My husbands great-uncle. His son came back to Mich. at a young age to live with his grandfather according to border crossing records. He and his family stayed here. Best of luck with your search.

Hi! I live in Budapest, my late mother Rozalia Gyuricza, and grandfather came from Felvidék, nowdays Slovakia. Grandpa, Miklós G,uricza was born in a village, called Banindal, close to Nitra. Was graduated in agriculture, and became the chief managar ofprince Hohenlohe:,s lands in Somogy county,Hungary.
My late aunt,Erzsebet Gyuricza andherfamily immigrated to Canada, cousin Zsuzsika, her family, and 90 year oldfatherlive in Vancouver . The :Slovakian'(. Hungarian, but because of Trianon Treaties now Slovakia)branch of the family is still strong. For generations the Gyuricza and Sranko families have cross married, so in finding relatives might help a search for Sranko too.
