Trying to locate names of these 2 people's parents. Edwin and Clara resided in Wood Co, WV in the early 1900's. Not sure where parents resided. Any info would be helpful.

mark,

Saw your not on the message board. Don't know if I can help you, but Edwin Thomas Gwynn was my great-grandfather.
He was the father of Frederick William Gwynn, my grandfather, who is 95 years old and still lives with my grandmother in Parkersburg, WV.

Edwin, or Thomas as my grandfather always refers to him, was buried in a small church cemetery outside of Parkersburg with Clara and a few other Fankhausers. I have the name of the church written down somewhere, but off the top of my head I believe it is Spring Hill or something very similar.

My father, by the way, is Frederick Leo, born in Parkersburg, but now living in Louisville, Ky. I'm Frederick Stanley and live in San Antonio, TX. I have other info and maybe you can share what info you may have.

Stan or Mark,

I don't know if either of you are still pursuing the family history but I will post this message, just in case you check back.

I have been working on the family history and Edwin and Clara were my great grandparents on my father's side of the family.

Let me know if you are interested in sharing information.

Steve

LOL, haven't been on this site in years.

Steve, you must be Danny and Mark Housers cousin.

A fellow from southwestern England had a huge family tree that is listed on ancestry.com. This was three years ago and he was vigorously attempting to put the connections together from SW England/Wales to, I believe, Philly.
