Re: Gwillim in New Zealand
My great grand uncles name is Walter Albert Gwillim born 1884,birth place unknown, and he married Elizabeth Jane Ross in 1914, New Zealand.
I am trying to find the birth parents & birth place for Walter Albert Gwillim.
I was wondering if there was any connection to your Gwillim family.

Yes 'Bert' was my Grandfather and Elizabeth was my Grand Mother. I have lots of photos of them and lots of old photos of people,(don't know who most of them are - maybe you can help?), that I inherited from my father, Jack (John) Francis Gwillim. My Name is John Howard Gwillim Who are you?

Re: Gwillim in New Zealand
Glad to hear from you, sorry it has taken me so long to reply, did not receive notification that you had replied.
I am so excited to know someone who is related from the Gwillim side of the family.
"Bert" and Elizabeth are my great grand uncle/aunty. I have your father John with 5 siblings, but not sure if they all belong to Bert and Elizabeth. Hope you can help.
We come through Elizabeth Jane Ross, she was married first to Walter Frederick Allen then he died and then married Walter Albert Gwillim.
As to photos my mum might be able to help with regards to photos etc..
Looking forward to hearing from you.
