..am looking for information / family of Michael Gula who came to Canada in the 20's (?) from Czecheslovakia and who settled in the Myrnam area of Alberta

...had family ties to Penula, Mary and Michael of Czecheslovakia

Thanks for replying. "My Mike Gula" is my father-in-law who is now deceased. He settled in the Cherry Point area, in Northern Alberta, Canada, after living for some time in Pathfinder and / or Myrnam, AB.

There could be relatives in the States. If this correspondence continues, I can give you more info.

I don't think there is a conection. My father is died in 25 years ago. And I know we have some family in Canada? His name was Alvin Gula and my uncle who is alive is Murry Gula, My grandmother's name was Lilian gula gorman. I hope that might help?

I am married to Michael Gula. I understand that you are looking for family who came in thru Canada. That I cannot help you with but I do know that my husbands parents left Czecheslovakia during the war I believe. I am not sure as to where they first came to but am willing to divulge any info needed if this aligns with who you are looking for.
