Hello there,

I have recently discovered what appears to be your ancestor's business card. I found the card in an old leather wallet I inherited from my grandfather. It reads:

JOHN GUCKENBERGER
Iphofen, Mittelfranken Bayern

on one side and

JOHN GUCKENBERGER
248 Palisaden Ave. Jersey City N.J., U.S.A.

on the other side. There is also a hand-written remark "Juni 1922" on the card. This may or may not be the month, where my great grandfather got this namecard from John Guckenberger.

I hope this information is of any use for you?

Hello SP_1979

It is amazing that is survived all this time. Was your family from Germany or Jersey City NJ. John was a butcher, perhaps they had business together,

Very exciting, thank you for sharing
Happy New Year
