It could be through a cousin thing. I don't know if Paul had brothers, if he came with his parents or not. If your Grzys came through Ellis-- check manifests. Paul lived in Chicago, married a Rietz in Manistee Mich. (I am from NY and I live in Central Ohio and I kid you not, I have alweays enjoyed when Mich. beats the Buckeyes! I thought it was a football thing-- must be some Mich Tag placed on my genes!). Sorry, I could not help it... anyway, Paul had 2 boys- Karl and Erich. I know that Paul and Erich were in New York and it is possible that we took in relatives who came over later (as that was done for Paul, and my family was always taking in other relatives.) In answer to your question, we might be, but we have to find a link. Check the manifests! (we probably all are related back in the 1100's!)
