My great grandmother is Maria Gruber Blank born 4-20-1872 Addison, WI and died 7-7-1957 Addison, WI. She married Joannem (John) Blank on 11-11-1890. Her parents were Johann Gruber and Franziska Binder Katzenberger. And Johann Gruber's parents (or my gr-gr-gr grandparents) are Anton Gruber and Katherina Schuh.
My grandfather had mentioned that the composer Franz Xavier Gruber was linked to our relation. Steve, do you have paper work to show the connection? I would be grateful for any info. I saw your name when I was out in Washington County Historical Society and at the West Bend Research Library.
