I am trying to find information on the grooms in chesterfield county sc. My great great grandfather was John Grooms who married Jane Purvis 1859-1939. They had five children named dock grooms 6/1884-9/22/1959, elizabeth grooms 12/25/1891-4/10/1926, walter grooms 10/13/1895- 4/22/1958, lillie grooms 5/13/1899-3/22/1984, ellen grooms 12/2/1900-6/4/1974. Then there daughter elizabeth grooms is my great grandmother who married my great grandfather will mcintyre. If you have any information please share. Also i was told that my great grandmother elizabeth grooms was fullblooded blackfeet indian does anyone have info on that.
