I am searching for information about William Grinstead who resided in Hart county, Kentucky prior to February, 1851. He and his wife, Nancy, then moved to Harrison County, Missouri. I believe my great-grandmother, Martha Francis Grinstead, was born there. She married William Preson Smith and they lived in harrison County, Missouri until their deaths. apparently, the Grinstead family moved on west, possibly to Oregon.
