It seems to be established fact that Henry Grindstaff (b 1820 d 1892) is the son of Isaac Grindstaff (1774-1866) and his first wife Sarah Hart (d 1845). Henry married Bedie Buchanan and had 12 children. I am seeking documentation proving the relationship between Henry and his father Isaac. Is there a will for Isaac that mentions Henry? Is there a bible that mentions Henry and his siblings? I'd like to communicate with anyone that has evidence linking these two. I am considering seeking membership in DAR and need documentation to prove the relationship.
