Many Grimard from Quebec are from the lineage of Pierre Morand and Marie-Madeleine Grimard m. 1677-11-27 in Batiscan, QC Marie-Madeleine insisted on keeping the name Grimard for her children and only one was named Morand-Douville. In this lineage we can find after few generations later that some Grimard swithed back to Morand
