IN LOVING MEMORY
Victor and Angeline AUGER (nee GRIMARD)

Angeline was born in Fortierville, province of Quebec
in 1882 and died in 1969. Mr. Auger is from Leclairville,
also in Quebec and was born in 1877. The were
married in Canada in 1905.

By an invitation from both his brothers, Joseph and
Eugene, they came to the U.P. in 1913 where they settled
on a 100 acre farm which they worked by hand. Mr. Auger
was also custodian at the Schaffer school for 23
years. They raised a family of 15 children. They have
105 grand and great-grandchildren combined. Surviving
are : Rose Hayden, Mary Maines of Iron Mountain, Christine Moe of Ciecero IL, Jeannette Zupon, Rita Hubka of Hinsdale IL, Yvonne Cody of Escanaga, Lucille Paulson of Chicago IL, Irene Yirsa of Kipling, Emil and Eugene, of Escanaba. Two foster children : Louise Feak of Danforth, and
Jeannette Nelson of Gladstone.

Deceased are Henry Auger 1914-1964,
Emil Auger 1916-1922
Lucienne Auger 1912-1913
Joseph Auger, brother of Victor, was born in 1871 and died in 1922.
