I am very sorry that it has taken me this long to contact you. It is very odd....I remember finding this web-site along time ago but had completly forgot about it.
The day I returned home from Oklahoma (July 4th) after having gone to the CPN heritage festival I had an e-mail from this site. I hope this reach's you. I am more intersted then before to gain knowledge of our language and our people. I took my father to Shawnee last week. (he had not been back since 1968) There was some disappointment for my family during our visit to Oklahoma. My son who is just now becoming a grass-dancer thought to gain knowledge of his ancestors and my father I believe thought to see some of the past. They did not leave with what they hoped to have. We look forward to next year in Oklahoma--and would love to have things to offer other members.
