I am trying to trace the father of James Greig, born 14/8/1788 in Leuchars, Fife and died 18/7/1869 in Kilmany Fife. He was married to Christian Philp born 16/2/1791. His father is William Greig born about 1759 and was married to Elizabeth Smith. Unfortunately, I am unable to get any more precise information about William Greig. Can anybody help?
