Saw this thread and had to respond. My grandfather was Noah Anderson Gregory, brother to James Richard Darras Gregory who's father was James Gregory born in1802 Camden Co NC, their mother was James' 2nd wife Elizabeth Beal Gregory. Your George Washington Gregory is my Noah's nephew. I have been searching for more info on the brother's dad James and siblings by first wife for a very long time. I hope this is still a valid email.
