SALEM – Michael “Mike” Allen Gregory, 56, departed this life suddenly and peacefully July 11, 2015, with his loving family by his side.

He was born April 26, 1959, in Salem, Ohio to the late Thomas and Edith Gregory.

Mike was a dedicated employee of Waltco Lift Corp. of Tallmadge, Ohio for 22 years.
He was also an active, long-time member of the Fat Man Club of Lake Milton.

He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, especially his grandsons.
Mike leaves behind to cherish his memories, his beloved wife Georgette, whom he married Feb. 11, 1983; daughters Amanda (Eric) Szijj of Salem and Angel (Brad) Evans of Hartville, Ohio; his son, Dan (Bryan) Meyers-Majors of Stone Ridge, Va.; four grandchildren, Carter, Gavin, Dylan, and Eli; brothers and sisters, Bill (Theresa) of Newton Falls, Diana (Larry) of Newton Falls, Thomas (Lauretta) of Ravenna, Ohio, James (Ardenia) of Lake Milton, Ohio, Lana (Ken) of Newton Falls, OH, Ken “Frog” of Newton Falls; several special nieces and nephews; and many good friends whose lives he touched in countless ways.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Edith; his sister, Olivia, and brothers David and Raymond “Hoach”.
A service celebrating Mike’s life will be held Thursday, July 16, 2015, from 5 to 7 p.m., with a memorial service to follow at the Pricetown United Methodist Church, 4640 Pritchard Ohltown Road, Newton Falls, OH.
