Since posting this query, I have discovered that the parents of my John Wesley Gregory are Patrick Gregory and Florence Montgomery Gregory of Ireland. Settling in Pennsylvania in 1800ish and moving to Belmont County Ohio. Any further info on this family line would be much welcome!
