Does anyone know of the Greathouses of Wright Co., Missouri? I am specifically seeking information on the siblings Abraham and William and their parents. I have found this family in the 1880 census in Boone Township. William and wife Sarah J. are listed with two children, William H. and Lula. They are living adjacent to a Sarah A. Greathouse, age 69, and sons Andrew J. age 17 and Abraham L. age 16., grandson William Allen, and adopted daughter Lucy Moore (sp?).

Based upon information given to me by family members, I believe William and Sarah J. are my gg-grandparents. After William's death, Sarah J. married his brother Abraham in Kansas in about 1908.

I would appreciate any information anyone can share or point me in the right direction for this particular line of Greathouses.
